In 1966, Yashica introduced the Electro 35, making it the first electronically controlled camera. So in honor of the 50th Anniversary of this revolutionary camera, here is an anniversary product shot celebrating this revolutionary gem of a camera!
This was a nice step into product photography with the help of Andromeda Rose. The pink backdrop, balloons and softbox lighting really helped to showcase the Yashica for this anniversary celebration. Side note: this *exact* camera is actually one that my father purchased new in the mid-sixties, so it’s great to celebrate the timeless nature of this film-driven gem. It’s still going strong and works to this day. Film fans, anyone?
