I understand these are difficult times for everyone, and even though the coronavirus Shelter in Place and Stay At Home restrictions were financially devastating to my business at the time, I understood why, supported them completely, and was properly abiding by all safety recommendations ever since they were first put into effect. This meant in the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, I stayed home and did not do any photoshoots until allowed to do so. This changed starting on May 4th, 2020 where revisions were made to the Shelter in Place order, allowing for outdoor solo photoshoots to resume, and starting June 19th, 2020, in-studio solo photoshoots were also allowed. This was great news as it allowed my business to reopen. However, sadly, as cases spiked once again in the winter of 2020, a new Stay At Home order was implemented and this meant in December of 2020, I was once again prohibited from doing photoshoots. This was sad news, but once again, I completely understood why this was necessary.
Good news! As of January 25, 2021, the statewide Stay And Home order was lifted, and I could go back to performing certain photoshoots. So this was great news for anyone looking to book a photoshoot with me, and my business resumed. Whew!
Yes I am! I received the two-shot Pfizer vaccine, and even the Pfizer booster shot as of October 2021, so yes, I am fully vaccinated! 🙂
Yes. I’m a photographer and not a medical professional, so I simply follow the recommended guidelines.
Clients entering the main building and common areas of my studio building are required to wear a mask. You will obviously not be required to wear a mask while we are shooting, but please be sure to bring a mask as it’s required to enter the main entrance of the building. Please also ensure this mask isn’t so tight that it would cause any deep impressions on your skin that would show up during shooting.
In my studio, you will obviously not need to wear a mask during our photoshoot while shooting, but I will still wear a mask during the entire shoot just in case. My goal is always to make clients feel comfortable, and to properly follow all guidelines, as the health, safety, and well-being of everyone is first and foremost in my mind.
Yes you can! As of January 25, 2021, as per the lifting of the statewide Stay At Home order and updated guidelines, outdoor non-essential business activities like photoshoots are now allowed, provided that social-distancing is practiced (at least 6 feet or more where possible).
Yes you can! As of January 25, 2021, as per the lifting of the statewide Stay At Home order, certain select indoor non-essential business activities like photoshoots are also allowed, provided that the activity follows the guidelines, and social-distancing is practiced (at least 6 feet or more where possible). Masks will be required for anyone entering the building and whenever in any common areas of the building. In my studio, you will obviously not need to wear a mask during our photoshoot while shooting, but I will be wearing a mask during the entire shoot as the health, safety, and well-being of everyone is first and foremost in my mind. It’s best to limit the number of people inside the studio as much as possible. If you have any questions, just feel free to contact me. I want to make sure that everyone is safe, while still providing a fun and relaxed atmosphere during our photoshoot.
Unfortunately, not at this time. I cannot offer optional services like hair and makeup by a makeup artist at my studio. Clients wishing to have professional hair or makeup added to the photoshoots will currently need to have this service booked elsewhere and arrive at my studio with their hair and makeup camera-ready.
Well, right off the bat, unfortunately, I won’t be able to shake your hand, but please know that I will be very happy to see you when I greet you during our shoot. I still may look a little funny being that I have been given myself a haircut for over a year, and I will be wearing a mask to adhere to proper social distancing at all times. I will continue to wash my hands frequently, and ensure my studio is clean and sanitized in preparation of our shoot, whether this is an indoor or outdoor shoot. Safety is a serious concern to me, so I will do everything in my power to ensure all shoots are safe for everyone involved.

That part is easy. Simply go to my Contact page and submit a request for more information. Here you can select the type of shoot you’re interested in, and also attach some sample images from my web site as reference images for inspiration during our shoot.
This is a global pandemic where events are changing rapidly, so I will do my best to keep this page updated with the latest information related to coronavirus restrictions, and government business policies which will no doubt be updated over time. As always, if you have any questions at all, please just let me know. I’ll be happy to answer any questions, and I sincerely look forward to hearing from you. Please stay safe, everyone. 🙂
Sincerely,
